The Green Impact project is currently influencing 2137 staff members to take simple actions to Green their departments. Now we want you to get involved too.

If you want to gain valuable work experience, learn transferable skills and make a great contribution towards creating a sustainable MMU then one of these opportunities will be perfect for you:

Green Impact Auditors – We are looking for student volunteers to be trained and complete audits of environmental actions by MMU departments participating in Green Impact program. Each volunteer auditor will complete one or more audit in pairs. This is the perfect opportunity to build your CV, develop essential skills and understanding of sustainability along with opportunities to build strong networks across the university.

Green Impact Assistants – Becoming a Green Impact Assistant offers you the unique opportunity to develop and learn practical skills for establishing sustainable practices across an institution. It’s a great way to create change, develop essential skills and build your CV.

Arts Exhibition Coordinators – This is an exciting opportunity available to a group of students to organise a sustainability themed arts exhibition of your choice. You’ll work closely with MMU’s Green Impact Coordinators to develop your ideas are create a high profile exhibition during the summer term.

Docu-Film Maker – Create a University wide docu-film capturing MMU’s amazing Green Impact experience. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and put your name to a key piece of MMU’s Green Impact promotional materials.
